Refund Policy
Island Pitch is committed to fair billing practices. This policy explains how refunds work for DYKWYBLS audit credits. Last updated: March 2026.
Credit-Based System
DYKWYBLS uses a credit-based system. Each audit consumes one credit. You can purchase credit packs in various quantities. Credits do not expire — once purchased, they remain in your account until used.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Unused credit packs: Refunds are available for unused credit packs purchased within the last 30 days. The full credit pack must be unused — partial refunds are not available.
- Used credits: Credits that have been used to run audits are non-refundable. Once an audit has been generated, the credit is considered consumed.
- Technical issues: If a technical error prevented your audit from completing, we will restore the credit to your account at no charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to billing@islandpitch.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The credit pack you wish to refund
- Your reason for the refund request
- Your Stripe receipt or transaction ID (if available)
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Island Pitch does not store your credit card information. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe's refund system.
