Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DYKWYBLS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

Description of Service

DYKWYBLS is an AI-powered comprehension audit tool that helps non-technical builders understand what they have built. The service walks you through a structured questionnaire, optionally analyzes your GitHub repository, and generates a two-layer report with a verdict score. The audit is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.

AI-Powered Analysis Disclaimer

DYKWYBLS is an educational and informational tool. The audit results are generated by AI and are intended to help you understand your project better. DYKWYBLS is not a security audit, not a code review service, and not legal advice. The findings should not be treated as professional technical consulting or a guarantee of software quality.

AI-generated audit results may contain inaccuracies. Island Pitch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis or recommendations. You should independently verify any findings before acting on them.

Data Handling

DYKWYBLS applies a 90-day auto-delete policy to all audit reports. After 90 days, your report and all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted via a TTL-based mechanism. There is no permanent storage of report data — no backups of expired reports are kept.

Your source code is never stored. When you provide a GitHub repository URL, we fetch files temporarily for analysis only. Source code is discarded immediately after the AI analysis is complete and is not written to any database or persistent storage.

GitHub Repository Access

If you provide a GitHub repository URL, DYKWYBLS accesses your repository with read-only scope. We only read files — we never write, modify, or fork your repository. You must have authorization to share any repository you submit for analysis.

For private repositories, a GitHub token with read-only access is required. GitHub tokens are session-scoped only and are never persisted to our database or stored after your audit session ends. Tokens are held in memory during the analysis and discarded immediately after.

Intellectual Property

The DYKWYBLS service, including its questionnaire design, scoring methodology, report format, character designs (Masked Crewsader, IP Bot), branding, and the JdAI Method framework, are the intellectual property of Island Pitch.

Your audit report is generated for your personal use. You may share your report via its unique URL or downloaded PDF. You retain ownership of any content you provide during the audit (project descriptions, answers, repository code). Island Pitch does not claim ownership of your submissions.

Payment Terms

DYKWYBLS uses a credit-based billing system. Each audit consumes one credit. Credits can be purchased in packs of various sizes. Credits do not expire — once purchased, they remain in your account until used.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Island Pitch does not store your credit card or payment information. Stripe handles all payment processing, billing, and transaction records according to PCI DSS compliance standards.

Acceptable Use

As a user of DYKWYBLS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the audit process
• Only submit GitHub repository URLs for projects you own or have authorization to share
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI prompts or scoring methodology
• Not automate or script access to the service without prior written consent
• Not misrepresent the audit results as professional technical certifications, endorsements, or security assessments
• Not share or redistribute purchased credits to third parties without authorization

Limitation of Liability

DYKWYBLS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Island Pitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit in question.

Changes to Terms

Island Pitch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
